Refund policy

About Return

We offer returns for items that are not order-made within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

- For defective products or other quality issues
We offer Quick Refund for any quality issues. No matter the product is order-made or not, as long as the product you receive has any quality issue, just contact us with a photo or a video evidence of the quality issue. We will submit full amount refund (including shipping costs) back to you and you do not need to return the product.

- For any other reasons (NOT quality issue)
All order-made products, such as body pillow cases, are NOT returnable if there is no quality issue with the product.
For standrad products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

About Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
